New RTS Idea










Time runs urgent, space, in scarcity, thus herein be short:

  Starcraft and both Warcraft 3 ran into many cheese scenarios.
   This ich largely stem from the originalis of:
- peasants move way fast across the map
- 0 upkeep after reaching certain distances, away from the homebase
- no additional cost of any sort for building in distances across the map

     We can overcome this via adding all of the above.

     A stronger peasant in association could be added.

     Additional tax for distantly built structures can be now in the game, in addition, any upgrades (improvements) related.  In turn, a brand new one or two research structures, which may share other functionalities, andor with other structures or the main base.




Result will be: used to be seeing tower pushes, reaper pushes since beta or cannon rushes, now will be more so tower pushes only when a specific worker or assistant unit type is built, for example a wood transporter (logistic purpose vehicle) accompanying 3 high tier expensive workers. that travels across map, after 45 seconds finally reach preferable location, and begins constructing.  

This reform generates the feel of RTS and would reflect the meaning of RTS further.



Design is an art, art is a craft.  The delicacy of the refinement pays an long way to epicness.
